Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, the website collects the contact and business information you enter. This can include your name, company, email, telephone number, product interest, approximate quantity, delivery destination and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information or payment-card details.
How enquiry information is used
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your request, discuss product requirements and maintain the resulting commercial correspondence. It is not used to subscribe you to a marketing list. The relevant basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; where you enquire on your own behalf, taking steps at your request before a potential contract may also apply.
How enquiries are delivered
When you submit either form, your enquiry details are sent to FormSubmit for delivery to the ARKMEN team at export@arkmen.com.ua. FormSubmit processes the submission and provides the email delivery and spam checks. Website and email providers also process information needed to operate their services. See FormSubmit’s privacy information. The website does not offer a public database of enquiries.
Security data & cookies
The ARKMEN pages do not load advertising, analytics or embedded CAPTCHA scripts. When you submit an enquiry, you continue to FormSubmit’s security check, which uses reCAPTCHA. That separate service may process technical information and use cookies for security. Hosting providers may also keep operational access and security logs.
Retention
FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. ARKMEN retains email correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage the commercial relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Your requests
You may contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the use of your information, and portability where applicable. You may also contact the relevant data-protection supervisory authority. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
